β β β β β The boomer working near the front of the shop had no customer service skills, very rude manner. She kept me waiting 20 minutes without asking me if I need help. When I politely asked for the exchange rate she told me it's a "waste of time" because I'm not a TSB customer.

β β β β β Right from the beginning of dealing with TSB, you took a very personable approach. You listened to our needs. When I had questions, especially around the jargon around purchasing a new home, you did not make me feel inferior, but took the time to explain in plain english. You also had the right amount of humour and used it to help put me at ease (buying a home is flippin stressful!). You being able to share with my your personal experiences of purchasing a home helped me understand what I was getting into and gave me more confidence that this is doable. Your communication was timely which meant that I could trust what you say as being reliable and that I could trust the customer service representative (Quinton Moore) and therefore trust TSB (well, the T in TSB stands for trust, doesn't it?- Yeah I know it stands for Taranaki). My point here is that based on my experience, Quinton's actions, meant to me that you are not just a bank that says stuff and not do it - but that you walk the talk and that i can Trust this Savings Bank to do the right thing because I am at the centre. Quinton's advice was real and he ensured that I clearly understood that somethings that I was hoping for, actually were a little pie-in-the-sky. And he let me know this in a professional manner, never ever demeaning me. I think, because of his experiences of purchasing a home, he had empathy for the stress I was going through and this shone through in his communications with me. Because of your staff member - I Trust you fullas to do what's right by me and my whΔnau. I highly (times infinity) recommend TSB!
