★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service i ever had went to deposit business cash money to the counter and there is lady on the counter did not deposit for me and asking me i dont know who u are and where u come from and then asked me to deposit at atm and telling me make sure you dont jam the atm . should know how to behave with business customers . thanks never gonna visit this branch again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited this Westpac branch (Thursday 7th Jan 21) and was treated awfully by Gail and one other middle aged female teller. My colleague has also experienced this sort of service from Gail. I personally felt attacked and very unwelcome. I was told we are not welcome to use the change machine - however we are a paying customer who is entitled to access our money from the machine (Terrance End branch have no issue with this). Having worked in a customer service based industry for 10+ years I would not tolerate one of my staff members treating customers the way Gail treated myself or my colleague. Extremely disappointing.
