★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well worth the visit, it is one of the few things you get for free. We crossed the river on the punt with the car, had a very nice chat with the operator of the punt and learned a little of the history of the punt. Only runs from 8:00 - 9:00 or 10:00 am and from 4:00 - 6:00 pm so try to be there within these hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great concept. Beautiful setting. Abysmal directions (none that we found) coming from the South. Eventually arrived. Not operating due to lack of water. Fair enough. Nothing posted on line unfortunately and 2 fractious children...
