★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited nearly 45mins for nothing, I wanted wood cut, no one willing to help instead staff concentrated on customers who's orders were easier. A staff member apologized then carried on ignoring me, which did upset me, not good enough unfortunately. My experience in the past has never been like this, what shame for this franchise. Instead I ended up giving my business to their competitor instead?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So slow, always takes so long to get through the counter. Alright place just don't go there if you are in any sort of hurry. I guess most builders are charging the customer for picking up materials so I doesn't matter if they take all day.
