β β β β β Had my second lesson with Louis last week - I really enjoy the way he simply and clearly explains concepts making them really easy to understand. It gives you really clarity on why we are working on certain skills or making changes.
I've come away from both sessions with a number of new skills that have greatly improved my riding. Looking forward to continuing to work on these skills and book in 3 months down the track.

β β β β β Had a full day session with Louis last Sunday. A total professional from start to finish who keeps it simple and makes sure you understand what he is talking about, regardless of your level of MTB knowledge. We did a complete review of my bike setup with Louis explaining the reason for changes. With the bike changes and the on track coaching there were immediate positive differences to my riding.

β β β β β Highly recommend Louis and Tuned Rotorua!! When we started, I ask Louis to be very specific and talk to me about technical details because that is how I learn the best. He tailored the training to suit me perfectly and broke down finer details for each new skill we learned. Not everyone will like to learn this way, but the fact that I asked him to do this, and he followed through, showed me that he is a top quality coach. His coaching is great for everyone, no matter how long you have been biking!!

β β β β β It's been 3 weeks since my 1-on-1 coaching session with Tuned. I had lost a lot of confidence and was getting frustrated with my riding. I'm working on the techniques I learned with Louis, am riding with so much more confidence, and most importantly having fun again. Louis is very good at listening to what you want from the session and explains things very clearly. We spent some time making sure my bike was set up right and feeling how each change we made affected the bike, which was really helpful. I'm excited to keep putting things into practice and seeing how my riding continues to improve. Would thoroughly recommend.

The experience was fantastic, its obvious the passion and knowledge you have and you have a great way of translating that through to coaching.Β As a novice rider to have guidance of this level to help me establish great fundamentals is invaluable. I have had a number of people recommend Tuned and I can see why.
