★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fabulous spot, was showering when we visited but it just added to the ambience. Hot tubs are a comfortable temperature, the facilities are clean and tidy, and you are able to order more drinks from the comfort of your tub. Will definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved going here. We had known about this place for awhile and were stoked to finally be able to go. The spa pool was lovely, the only downfall for us is that we feel they are advertised as secret, hideaway tubs, including hidden from other tubs in a bush setting. But sadly there was little privacy, didn't affect us as much as no one was in the tub next to us thankfully but just something to have in mind. Bar service is a real treat and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a great deal on Grab One & we were not disappointed. It's such a great place to come & unwind. Loved the decor inside & out . The only suggestion I would make is that a nice big clear sign on Waipa Mill Rd would be helpful so people can find the place easier. It's very easy to miss when the biking place next door is busy & the car parks are taken up. Other than that, we loved our experience here. Def on our top 10 things to do in Rotorua!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent an excellent and relaxing evening here. Such a unique idea, and was executed beautifully. The setup is great, very stylish and easy to find the right tub. The tub itself had everything you need - an umbrella for rainy/sunny days, water, or drinks at the press of a button, and somewhere to keep your things dry. Nice and private, and a lovely atmosphere among the forest. Staff were very accommodating and friendly as well. I would recommend coming during the night time to experience the peaceful ambience of the trees while keeping warm and toasty in the tub. Looking forward to coming again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh what to say about this place best of best experience good relaxation and refreshing only concern is about the water in the tubs I'm not sure whether it gets changed or not for every next group.
Good place to relax click pictures spend time with your loved ones and make some.good memories.
Washroom and shower are very neat and tidy
Bar is pretty much good with decent pricing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little private tub to indulge by yourself, friends or family. The tub can fit 4 comfortably but allowed 5 or 6. A bottle of water was ready on the side when you need it during the session. While I've expected there to be more privacy there actually isn't, the bushes are not very dense or tall so you can still see the people on the tubs. The bathroom is clean and have a spa like feeling, semi private showers are available and hairdryer to finish it off. They serve drinks to the hot tub I believe but I didn't order any, you can also buy drinks and have a foot dip in their small tub, there are about 6 of them so it might be occupied quickly if it's busy. Overall very satisfied.
