Bought a car from Turners in Christchurch, but head gasket blew half way through our road trip, leaving us stranded in Napier. Sean, Paul and Hayley sorted us out with a replacement car at a reasonable price and got us back on the road without any delays. They weren’t pushy in any way, like you would expect from car sales people, and they were happy to offer advice where needed. Thanks guys, really appreciate all your help ?

Saying I will only get what they brought it for was a load of bulls

I had few issues with my New car Toyato Mark X ZIO. I informed turner Napier team, they really helped me by going extra mile and helped me to resolve issues with car. And also provided me with courtesy car. I would highly recommend everyone to buy car from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not enjoy my experience here at all- buying my first car. I was treated really nicely when I was interested in purchasing a car and when I purchased the car. The minute my car broke down (1 day after picking it up) and I asked for the 5-day money back guarantee I was treated absolutely poorly. Not impressed.
