They had a vehicle that I'd been looking to buy, that took 4 months to find in the condition I wanted. We talked on the phone 3-4 times and I was convinced I was doing the right thing. Dean in fact undersold the car in terms of the way he described it ;my expectations, and those of my wife (it was a birthday surprise) were exceeded. If you are looking to buy, then definitely have a talk. They went a few yards extra when they didn't have to, and I'm pleased I called them. Thanks to all at Monster!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with Monster Value Autos as they are clearly in bed with Taradale Auto Repairs ?- Engine light turned on 3 weeks after purchase, and was directed to Taradale Auto Repairs by Monster Value Autos . Took 9 weeks for the knock sensor to be fixed where Taradale Auto Repairs stole my nieces battery and broke the terminal while they were at it!
Both companies advise to contact the other.- issue still not resolved!
Next stop - Disputes Tribunal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY FROM MONSTER VALUE CARS!! NOT EVEN WORTHY OF ONE STAR.
Brought a vehicle from here January 2022 with the understanding the dealership would gain new warrant. Noticed an airbag light on, made them aware of this. I took it to the places as asked by dealership with the understanding the warrant was complete. 1 month later the drivers side curtain air bag and drivers seat airbag deployed with my 16yold son in drivers seat while car running but stationary. No help from dealership who claims it was not a fault, not sure how they deploy with no damage to exterior at all. Have since found out the vehicle failed the first WOF and was never taken back to get one.
So Monster Value cars sold me a car that was not fit for purpose and not safe. Not to mention without a new warrant. Have called Dean many times and he has washed his hands of any responsibility. Pics show not one single dent on vehicle. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't air bags suppose to sustain a car crash... how can this not be a fault.
