Working with Kieron not only transformed my business but also had a profound impact on my quality of life. While leading me on the road to business success, Kieron really made me re-evaluate my priorities in life and helped me understand a great deal more about myself and about what was holding me back. With his help, I was able to let go of my mental constraints and he opened my eyes to a happier and more fulfilled way of life.
All the while Jamila’s wonderful massages helped me relax and ease the strain of constantly carrying around a one-year-old.
Both Kieron and Jamila radiate immense kindness, love and compassion, and are amongst the most pleasant and inspiring people I have ever come across. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend the yoga/mindfulness retreats that Jamila runs at Kimiora. I have attended three of these retreats so far and everytime I come away feeling relaxed and inspired. The classes are structured for all levels of experience and ability. The location is fabulous and the use of the spa facilities are a bonus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so so happy I took that first step to seeing Jamila for her 4 week Mindfulness Course! What an absolutely live changing experience it has been. I have already been able to use mindfulness in so many aspects of daily life as well as some challenges that life throws at you.
Jamila has such a kind, calm and caring presences and is a true inspiration! The course comes with a variety of audio and reading tools that can be used when needed and it is wonderful to have her support and guidance even after the course is completed.
I can not recommend this course enough to anyone wanting to gain a real understanding of what mindfulness is and to find the true benefits of practicing mindfulness!

She fosters a safe and caring environment in which to learn and experience mindfulness and yoga and it is a very beneficial part of any self-improvement and self-discovery journey. It is clear that Jamila does what she does out of a sincere wish and calling to help people and she is so caring and supportive. I have also been to her for massages uncountable times because she is quite simply the best! Would highly recommend! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We attended a weekend yoga and mindfulness retreat, led by Jamila, at Kimi Ora. Very relaxing and enjoyable, with a friendly and supportive group, offering the potential for personal development. The location is perfect for this kind of weekend, and the package was very reasonable, especially compared to some retreats that are twice the price.
Highly recommended.
