Jamila recently ran a yoga retreat which was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Jamila is a qualified practitioner whose experience in wellness is impressive and assuring. She is an excellent role model leaving no doubt about her commitment to health. And just to top everything off her massage technique is superb.

I have seen others see wonderful results with her weight loss program and she is amazingly perceptive when working on clients well-being. I can personally recommend her massage (to die for!!). I attend Jamila's Yoga classes weekly and I recently attended a yoga and well-being retreat which was everything it promised to be. Well done for all of your hard work and dedication Jamila.
