★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a strange experience recently. First time I’ve been to the shop, had to get a punctured tyre assessed and in the end replaced. Waiting in the reception and on the desk (not the desk on the other side) was an open folder with tyre types facing the customer side. While waiting to be served I had a flick through to see what I needed. A chap from the workshop then comes through, takes the folder off me and tells me not to read other peoples books and puts it on the desk (not where it was when I was reading it). After this bewildering display of customer service he then looked over the tyre, deemed it beyond repair and fitted a new one. Apart from that weird interaction the chap was friendly and helpful. Price wasn’t particularly expensive but I’ve also had cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a tyre in to be repaired and have it fitted up, along with another. The guys were awesome. Top notch customer service, helpful and friendly. Charged me less than I was expecting. Did a very good job with the repair and fitting and balancing. I definitely will be back. Been to many others in Nelson, none of them come close to my experience here today.

Great team, they had to order in, and fit all 4 new tyres. Gave a lot of options, and a nice and quick service.
I would highly recommend.
