★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full of promises and no delivery. Week after week they promised to do my job and every week I was fobbed off and finally they said they couldn't do it as they were too busy. Apparently Murray is a really nice guy but he has to learn to keep his word or not promise service he has no intention to deliver on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible experience! It went on for a year. Wade is downright rude and Murray needs to understand what decent customer service is like.
Like previous reviewers, I'd been fobbed off for months. Calls not returned, no recognition that deadlines were missed to be eventually told that I should go elsewhere. Murray's explanation was that they were just too busy. All of a sudden, his problem was made mine.
Don't use them if you want a job done on time. And don't expect an apology from anyone. There are some terrible service providers in this area but P&M takes the cake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What awesome customer service! I went in thinking I needed a new fireplace ready to spend thousands. After asking me she questions I came away with a replacement part, that I was able to fit myself and now my fire is great.....now that is a business worth supporting, I will never go where else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had a fire place installed recently and can say as a trades man they have done a top quality job. The fire place was what I wanted and was out in ahead of schedule with a very professional install. I am very happen with the service and install of the fire place. I would recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could less than 1 star I would. Wade, the installer is a rude, arrogant ***** and I see looking through the reviews I am not alone in this opinion. He damaged my $10,000 fire on install, scratched the front and did a really half arsed job trying to fix it. Didn't say a thing, presumably hoped I wouldn't notice but I am not blind!!!. I complained, he came back, without even contacting me before entering my house. Sprayed it again, this time over spraying the newly painted wall behind fire which I had to get re-painted. They said to deduct cost from my invoice which I did but they still tried to bill me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super great service from Haley & Ian, was so refreshing to deal with a company that treats the customer like a friend, and Nothing was a problem. I absolutely recommend P & M Fireplaces for all your heating requirements. I almost want to install another fireplace just to get the service experience again. Well done P & M Fireplaces.
