2nd australian company brought to nz by Chorus to do the Fiber to Home (NGA) project. running around 2 years in NZ still a long way to go for groth and maturity..( this is completly my view ...) Im currently contracting with UCG for MDU provisioning (Fiber optic connection for broadband and voice )

This Company's service is pathetic. They have been 'installing" broadband in our building now for months. Cables have been left dangling from roofs, their contractors do not seem to know what to do on the job. Job still unfinished, provide no feedback, staff do not respond when called. My suggestion is if you want broadband, definitely go somewhere else

These guys clearly don't respect people's time. Called them last Tuesday 13th to confirm the appointment for Chorus technician to install fibre at our apartment as text message said to do so. They confirmed my details and appointment time for today, Monday 19th 8am - 12pm. I arranged to work from home and gave them a call few minutes ago to check if they can give me an estimate when the technician will actually arrive. After waiting on hold for about 5 mins, the response was: "Sorry, but there was a mockup on our end and technician is not available today, are you available Wednesday?" Honestly, this is one of the worst services one could receive. Already happened once in February when I never actually received a text message to confirm the tech, who then never arrived of course as I did not know I have to confirm it. When they came second time around, they discovered installation is not possible, which could be avoided if their service was professional enough to send someone to scout location first - would save some frustration too! Then the project was on hold until they sort out an option to be able to connect. A friendly reminder to everyone, just choose another provider.

Worst company ever to work with. No on time help from the dispatch. Work load what assign to technician are really badly organised always overladed. I am glad to not work longer under this service partner. I had to take decisions of not continuing my work on telecommunications field due to the bad experience which I received here.
