Bought a 2011 XF Jag from here. Love the car and couldn't have been happier with the service from the team here when purchasing. Had a slight issue with a leak coming from the windscreen and it took a couple of attempts to fix but is all sorted now. Found the team here more than helpful, from the first time I called to let them know I had an issue, to when it was resolved. Nothing was a drama and am more than happy to recommend to others. No intention to get rid of the Jag right now but will definitely look to these guys when I do.

I purchased a car in October and have been waiting since for the that car only to be messed around. I since asked for a refund for my deposit and Peter from sales told me i will receive it in a few days, it’s since been weeks. How long do i have to wait for my refund? Can someone from your company get back to me, it’s been weeks since i’ve asked for this refund. I’ve messaged Chris Broadhurst - Management, Finance & Sales, Peter from Sales and even your sales line. This is getting out of hand.

After a long search for the perfect car I finally decided to purchase a 750i BMW from EuroSport in Auckland. The service was great, a little slow from the junior team, but good still good. However, the story doesn't stop there. After I collected the car after it had some minor repair work done, and was happily on my way back to Wellington the gear box ran into issues. Unhappily I returned to EuroSport after a last minute stay in Hamilton. The team at Euro Sport worked to find a solution, from selling me another car through too assisting with my stay and return. Which ended in them supplying me with a car to drive home, as I'd fallen in love with the 750i. Once they had made the repairs to the car, it was shipped down to Wellington at their cost. Still the story doesn't finish there, as a week later another and different fault occurred with the gearbox. A very long story in a short synopsis is Chris Broadhurst stepped in and stepped up, taking care of the issues, negotiating with the warranty company on my behalf and ensuring the work was complete and I had the car back promptly, with no cost to me. Yes the journey was not ideal, but I was delighted with the service Chris provided, he stood by his word and now has a delighted customer. I happily recommend Chris and his team at EuroSport and will be purchasing another car from him in the near future.

Terrible communication. Had to follow up way too many times with Riz. Cannot stress how useless this individual is. Over a week of us chasing him for a car we wanted to buy, and it was sold from underneath us. Don’t even waste your time.

Currently in process of filing a claim through Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal after 7 months of circus. Out of 7 months, I have had the car in my possession for approx 3.5 months. After Eurosport promised the car was in top quality and has now had 3 opportunities to repair, the car still has issues that were present on day 1. - No integrity and constant lies (I can evidence themes) - Intentionally mislead customers (leader led) - Repairs that don’t stay repaired / Superglue type repairs - False advertising (service promise is fake) - Continuously passing the buck - Falsely throws other businesses under the bus - Intentional efforts to make after sale issues difficult meaning, no response and false information. It’s time Chris Broadhurst and CNB 1 T/A Eurosport are held accountable. If you have had a bad experience as I have, please contact me via [email protected]. We brought X1 on June 2020, after the made the sale their attitude just completely different. No interest of following up customer because the car supposed two come with 2 keys but they keep promising to call us back and updating it, the day we received our car they don’t even do a proper grooming. ***Update 2021**** After 6months of purchase the X1 engine die (in December 2020) in between from June to December we were facing engine oil leak and a smoke/burnt smell came in the cabin, which we did run back and forward to their specialist mechanic as it was under their 3 months warranty. First it was the gasket replacement and two weeks later top cover engine cracked. 3 months later just right before christmas my partner was driven and somehow the engine just knock out and couldn’t get it start back up again. Then we found out the engine is gone and need to be replaced so we went back to them and they were being super dodgy and keep stalling us for nearly 2 months, so we take this matter to Tribunal and won the case with all the support of evidence and report, and the manager didn’t show up the hearing day. Please stay away from this dealership

Paid 15k for a bmw z4 2007 cabriolet. Lot of issues with the vehicle from the get go dealer was kind enough to tell me the bonnet needed replacement took them a while to get the bonnet in. Roof pump then failed for the vehicle waited another 3 months but ended up taking longer. Bought new rims in which i asked the salesman if i could store the product there as i wanted eurosport was going to hook me up with a deal to get new tires and the rims fitted. Minor issues with the interior which i asked them to fix never got done. I was in christchurch at the time so they took their sweet time knowing that i could not follow up in person, calls and messages were never answered same thing every week. The car needed a new rego and wof. Failed wof immediately due to the rear brakes being seized took it back to eurosport where the owner then blamed me for doing burn outs in the vehicle which was not true. Took the owner to court won my case and now we back at square 1 where i am still waiting for the owner to replace the brakes of the vehicle. I have owned the vehicle for 2 years only driven it for 3 weeks and it is still standing in there car yard waiting on repairs how long till this gets done we will never know even their own employees dont even know whats going most of the time, might look professional but dont let that fool you they will just waste your time and money. The lesson here is to do your homework use a reputable dealership for european vehicles even if it will cost a bit more for a second hand atleast you covered on all faults and they can replace parts if needed asap instead of waiting 6 months for a part. Be weary of there salesman who prompt you on payment as i was conned into believing that the vehicle was in pristine condition before purchasing. Quick to throw blame at there employees as my rims went missing from there place and they weren't going to replace it saying they take no responsibility for it even though it was an inside job boxes were resealed with nothing in them. Majority of there salesman are clueless very dodgy dealings with this company. Still ongoing issues with them to this day. Be weary and be safe while purchasing always take a sound mechanic with you when going to a dealership that is not european authenticated.

Chris and the team were very helpful. Bought a trade-in car unseen through TradeMe auction. Messaged Chris after winning the auction sometime after 8pm and he still responded and arranged to have it ready the following day. The car was actually much better than they described on the advert, so I feel I got a very good deal! Collection was very straightforward and quick. Will definitely recommend.
