★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I broke down in Kopu 4th January, dropped car into Ford/Mazda in Thames 6th, wasn't looking good, $500 quoted for probable frost plug gone. Pleasantly surprised when I picked car up the next day. $175. Apparently they didn't need to pull motor out to get at this particular frost plug! Thanks guys, for your honesty and quick professional service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the counter was polite. They did the service pretty quick. Usually I get my Van serviced in Hamilton. Not sure why they charged more than the Hamilton UMG service centre and didn't clean the Van from outside..bit gutted ?

We were looking for a vehicle on a Saturday when unfortunately most places are closed but we found the manager inside the building. It was no problem for him to offer some up front info and then a test drive. Before you know it we were buying something after being treated so well. We'll be sending our friends his way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service. The place inside looks like a recycling centre and has seen better days. Your get work done to your car that's outside of what you asked for if you don't specify or ask them to call you if anything extra is needed doing. For the price you pay you'd expect a good experience. So don't bother going here, go over the road to Toyota - 100 x better service.
