We are ECU performance remapping specialists. ECU remapping is the easiest and most cost-effective way to get the ultimate performance out of your common-rail diesel vehicle.
Remapping (also known as reflashing) is the process of modifying the factory tune in the ECU to optimise things such as air fuel ratio targets, fuel delivery, boost, torque management and timing to suit YOUR driving style, while still retaining all the factory fail-safes and sensors your vehicle needs to perform correctly.
Customers notice a much improved torque delivery, smoother and quicker acceleration, and less strain on the engine when under load or going up long hills. A small fuel economy increase is an added bonus, as remapping often results in a more optimised fuel burn and complete combustion. This also leads to a cleaner intake manifold, due to less carbon build-up. We manage to gain all of these benefits while still retaining fuel economy and reliability.
