โ โ โ โ โ I am a transsexual (male to female) in mid transition and I don't always 'pass' as female visually or vocally.
I accept this, but a lot of people don't, and I encountered a few people in Auckland's stores who didn't, despite my being a paying customer.
However, I want to commend the positive rather than address every negative attitude I encounter.
The retail manager at this store treated me really well and even kindly made the effort to address me as the gender I was trying to present as.
This really meant a lot me and made such a difference to my day, even though such a small thing.
Thank you and I hope this store continues this great level of customer service!

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely hopeless. Despite getting a text from these people that my script was their they then claimed it was a glitch in their system. Then the woman got very aggressive when I tried to get further explanation.

โ โ โ โ โ I can only agree with the other people commenting here, this pharmacy has become worse and worse with the time, but it has been all very sudden, I used to come weekly to this pharmacy and I enjoyed it, I remember another manager with a strange accent being very lovely, bubbly, understanding and respectful, however I haven't seen her anymore, I guess she has left somewhere else, but Seline on the other hand is very rude and has no respect for customers, she shouts in front of other customers about very intimate matters and acts with a lot of condescendence to us, I had to start getting my medical supplies from other chemist as I feel badly treated, management has worsened at this place and as a customer I feel we are not respected even a little bit. After reading so many comments that are just a week old, I can see things are just getting worse. I recommend everyone to NOT TO GO THERE!.

โ โ โ โ โ I completely disagree with some of the comments here. I visited the pharmacy again a few weeks ago and the 'short pharmacist starting with S' that a prev comment refers to (how rude) was absolutely AMAZING. Great SMILE and offers generous help.
She gave me many options of medication and was extremely patient during the busy hours. I appreciated her service and thanked her. I would now go to this pharmacy as a regular and only ask for her. A central pharmacy during lunch times is always going to be busy.

โ โ โ โ โ I was served by the male pharmacist in this pharmacy and received the best care I could have ever asked for. He patiently listened to what I had to say and took the time to recommend me the right treatment for my condition :)) I felt very well looked after in his care, Thanks again!

โ โ โ โ โ Worst service ever. One of the pharmacist was rude(rolling his eyes) and had zero patient(walked away while people talking to him) when I asked him to check my perscription. He couldn't even find my perscription until his colleague helped him to find it. Won't come back.
