Never exchanged here
before
I bought one of suncream yesterday.
No inspiration of this brand so
Asked one of female staff
(There is one taster but sold out)
Looks similar
product wanted to try it but
no tester there.
find her and ask
she said
Can't and everything same
Without color that only one thing different
I grab it and
Tried it at home
Smell totally different
Felt like different one.
That is why I came there and
Asked her
She said
Totally understand but
Can't help you
Try it,
I was feeling bad and don't need it
I can post here and something else.
And I bought as below pictures this month but never buy again here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place at around 6:45pm on 8th of November and I'm honestly so livid about how rude the 'security' officer was towards me. He accused me of shoplifting and when I showed him the receipt he snatched my bag open and said 'are you sure you only have 3 items?' Like if I was really shoplifting why would I show the receipt???? I don't know if he was discriminating me because I'm a young person but that was no excuse for him to accuse me of something like that. Left the store feeling unsatisfied. Definitely won't be returning. Smh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lovely little sanctuary in the crackhead filled streets of Auckland good pharmacy and I think that they sell anything any man and his dog could ever want. No, really, they have supplements for dogs here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was verbally assaulted by security after their machine malfunctioned as i walked out. he demanded to see inside my bag quite rudely. i am not in good health and bending takes ALOT of energy from me so was not impressed. once i showed him there was nothing in the bag (i had been in to pick up my online purchase) i asked for an apology he snottily said no i don't have to! incredibly rude indian man. this happens to teenagers alot but i am a middle aged woman for reference. made a complaint online 2 weeks ago with no response. as someone that had been going here regularly i will now never go back again. this is an appalling way to treat your customers!!!

I spent over $250 for my vitamins, skin care, etc. And they only gave me a very thin paper bags for all my stuff and I have to carry it all walking home. 2 small paper bags for all the stuff and it all scattered on the street while walking home. I am so disappointed!! They should have atleast have big paper bags with ahandle for customer with big purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices, helpful staff and most prescriptions are free. The store like most chemist warehouses has a-lot packed in. You will almost always have to squeeze past someone. The pharmacists are helpful snd always happy to answer questions.
