FREE PRESCRIPTIONS PHARMACY So Convenient!! ☆☆☆☆

NOT GOOD AT ALL!!! 11/9/21- Unichem Mangere East. Vaccinator (female indian) did not sanitise before and after administering all of my children's vaccinations..this I found very troubling. Not safe at all. Hoping next experience will be better.. 02/10/21 Returned to see if service was better...not EVEN Unichem Mangere East First, someone pushed in line, at 1pm..indian lady and her 2 daughters, not fair as everyone was waiting in line even those with appointments. Receptionist at door was so rude, told me and my 3 kids to move far away in the corner while waiting in line for their 2nd dose. I moved to another isle for safety and 2metre distance, however was told to move back but further to the corner or go wait outside, while 2 indian people were waiting next to her clearly not 2metre distancing. This one space was available, me and my 3 children moved to spot where indian lady and her 2 daughters waited previously, then to be told by receptionist only 2 people are allowed to stand here while the previous indian lady and her 2 girls stood in same spot??? I was then asked to put on another mask under my mask, I declined as she didnt offer a mask to anyone else other than an asian father and his young daughter at the door?? She came and told me that they will ask me to change my mask when my children go to get their vaccinations which wasnt the case!! This receptionist didnt offer masks to everyone at the door? And didnt offer to other people previously before me neither who were wearing material masks and were indian decent. Si why me and the asian father and daughter??? She was even rude to other pacific island people asking for their passports and ID when clearly they told her their name and spelt it out for her?? So racist!! So incompetent.. Vaccinator (male indian) Shaleem did not sanitise prior to giving vaccine or after. Only completed this for one of my children. Not good hand hygiene for vaccinators especially in community and being some are already not willing to be vaccinated, this adds onto this very hesitancy.. Will not return here again!!!

My experience with this pharmacy is new because it one of the latest pharmacy/doctors to be registered at as it was close to our old address with family. Thank you, Sakalaia Kofutu'a Puleiku.

They never answer their phone.I have rung them 2 days straight and waiting for an answer for nearly 2 minutes of ringing.

THE WORST PHARMACY IN THE UNIVERSE!!! Do not come here. Go to hunts pharmacy down the road instead. They’ve been there for years and know our community. Do not go to unichem mangere east

This afternoon I visited this Unichem Mangere East pharmacy. A female staff was serving people. She was so rude and un professional. She was bullying customers with long face. I couldn't read her name as she was not wearing her name tag. It's very painful to see people were abused and victimized by these kind of so called unprofessional staff. The Unichem managment must take this matter seriously to coach and train their staff to deliver excellence customer service. Seyed Mohamed Yoosuf Registered Health Professional

Visited a few times in January 2022. Most of the staff members are very unprofessional on their phones behind the counter, talking and laughing among themselves while customers queue up waiting for them and often times don't understand some customers queries. There is a worker that handles queries and checkout counter by themselves unfortunately doing all the hard work.
