β β β β β Johns Photo Pharmacy have provided me with great service for prescriptions, gifts and other products. Staff are friendly & knowledgable and provide geat prompt service. They always have good suggestions - particularly around gifts. The herbal dispensary is a bonus and meets all my needs

β β β β β Very pathetic customer service. Manager was really rude when I approached half an hourlater after handing in the prescription asking how long it will take. The manager told me that the medication is out of stock.....

β β β β β It looks small from the outside but is surprisingly big on the inside and packed with merchandise (so it's not exactly spacious). We were able to consult with a very helpful pharmacist who helped us sort out some medication questions and issues so we'd know what to ask for when we went to the doctor. We give this place a thumbs up, but it would be nice to see them move into a bigger space to make it a bit more roomy.

β β β β β I have a repeat prescription before 22nd of Feb.
I called on the 22nd to get it sorted and was told they can't do it cz it's expired.
I have only 2 pills of this medication left, they have my prescription in hand and simply can't get my medication sorted bc I called on the 22nd, not on the 21st.
This is absurd. I'm changing the pharmacy and will never go back to this one
