★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked in retail pharmacy for the Life/Unichem group for over 40 years and 1 thing I know is that customer service ranks very high in their training schedule. I think the staff at morrinsville must have missed these training days lol.
I was greeted and served promptly, fair enough, and my needs were met, but there was no attempt to engage with me during my visit. I achieved my $10 voucher on that particular transaction and was intending to spend it straight away on another purchase but instead I was shown the way to the door. This is the 2nd time this has happened in the last 6 months. I won't let it happen again I'll drive to Hamilton for my next purchase.
