★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged $15 for RAT tests. I should have questioned the price but worried about sick relatives so I didn’t think. Look elsewhere if going to purchase RAT tests, as this is far beyond anything I’ve seen elsewhere. Disappointing to use this as an opp to make money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not process my prescription, because it went into there spam when sent from the doctors. I told them it had been sent 4 days earlier. Did not bother to look for it or offer to call the doctor. I got the doctor to call them and sort it out. So I go back and collect prescription , no apology or any dialogue at all. Staff were rude and unhelpful Will be using other pharmacy from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked in advance to have our booster shots done, arrived and after waiting sometime we were then advised we couldn't do the boosters we booked in because the 2nd person was not in (due to being unwell), after speaking to the Covid line they confirmed what I thought should have been normal practice and a courtesy and that was Unichem staff should have contacted us and any others booked in to advise them to rebook and not to come in, instead we were met with an unhappy staff member who wasn't apologetic and if I'm being honest quite cold and impolite. We would like to see this dealt with better in future as missed hours of work result in missed income and in this particular climate that can be quite a big sacrifice for some, please do better.
