★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just hopeless. There is now urgency. Lethargy is in the woodwork. During COVID everyone was lined up on the footpath in the cold and the staff were so slow and when your turn came your name and script was broadcast for everyone to hear. Just as well I didn’t have an STD. Worst of all doctor emails a script and they say it hasn’t come, or you go in 2 hours later and they haven’t got to it, or they screw up and give you a repeat of an old prescription, or you get so used to slow service you go in the next day and get told ‘Oh we were so busy we didn’t get to the email scripts. Here’s a question for the managing pharmacist-‘What is the point of having technology if you don’t use it to make customers experience easier. Final straw- get home today and find they have only given me 2 of the three drugs specified in the script. I will never darken their door again. Useless from top to bottom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was bombarded with questions by a staff at the counter when trying to pay for a kid size mask. This young Asian-looking staff asked me who the mask is for. When I told her it's for myself she asked why not get the adult one. I explained it will be too big for my face. She then asked why I would think so. I then told her why. At the end I felt so uncomfortable by her questions. All I ever wanted was just to pay for the mask of my choice! Since when customers have to tell them whom they are buying masks for? Seriously, they need to hire someone with better customer service skills. Won't be going back there for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Hickey’s are always, Friendly, Helpful and very Knowledgeable. They go out of their way to ensure a very pleasant atmosphere in the pharmacy.
I am extremely impressed with, and very grateful for, their delivery service during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Being unable to go to the pharmacy myself during this time, it is reassuring to know they will deliver my medicine quickly and contactless, right to my front door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service!! Once again Esther & the team were amazing in their treatment. Given our current circumstances with covid-19 & lockdown etc I was expecting it to be much harder than it was. I had an over the phone consultation with Esther and within 2-3hrs my prescription was delivered to my driveway by a lovely member of staff who yelled out kindly from a distance. Thanks team! Keep doing what you do & stay safe & well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won’t shop or get my prescriptions here any longer. Tried to give benefit of doubt for 6 months plus. Price gouged on masks during Covid. Rude and unfriendly staff and terrible service. Can’t find prescriptions or get them ready on time. Not supporting this particular local business until they can make some changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate leaving bad reviews but feel like I need to say something here. Every single time I get a repeat prescription sent here they say they haven't received it. I get email confirmations from my doctor saying it's been sent but they still say they don't have it. In the most recent episode, after two days of trying to sort this out I decided to get it re-sent to Life pharmacy down the road. 15 mins after having it redirected, I called Life and they said yes they've received it but it went to their spam folder, and that they would have it ready for me in an hour. This is what customer service is meant to be like! Please, Hickeys- have a mind to at least check your spam folder! Also please stop cold-handing customers over to colleagues who ask the same questions 3x over as it is unprofessional and very tiring. I also at times feel very condescended to for asking basic questions by some of your staff It's just not okay.
