★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just witnessed a Customer frustration trying to punch pin number in your EFTPOS machine. He was shaky and couldn't so this Customer felt embarrassed and left without what ordered. PLEASE SWAP AND USE A TOUCH SCREEN EFTPOS MACHINE, even me without any shaking conditions I found hard to punch pin number in your machine, too close one each other, not user friendly at all. PLEASE HELP YOUR COMMUNITY WHO IS SUPPORTING YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!.Good Customer Service.
Pies are good and freshly made.
Still didn't try all range of sweets/Pastries, Chocolate Eclair not up to standard not tasty at all, the most expensive eclair from a bakery. The Eclair itself not suitable, consistency was strange and odd when biting it.

They have a wide range of pies, including gourmet flavours like chicken, camembert and apricot, as well as classics like mince and cheese - all of which are of the highest quality and extremely delicious! Their pastry is so flaky and buttery, and the fillings are full of real ingredients.
The customer service is awesome, and their selection of other baked goods (like their apple turnovers, custard twists and fruit tarts) are always fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best bakery I am aware of in Auckland, the only bakery I've been impressed by enough to actually consider noteworthy. I used to live close by, but now I have to go out of my way to go there. Friendly and efficient service, and I've never been let down by the quality of their baked goods, so tasty!
