★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pies are a real specialty for the store unfortunately production planning has always been very poor! The store closes at 4:00pm but they run of products at 12:00pm!! The problem is it’s always the same product. Guys just check your sales history to improve your stock availability. I have mentioned this issue when this store first opened but unfortunately it fell on deaf ears.
A customer who walks in at 3:00pm should have the same offer as the customer who walks in at 9:00am.
Sales takes care of wastage!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hot chocolate and food is awesome - love the gluten free almond chocolate muffins and ginger crunch. Bread is a bit pricey but it is top notch. Would highly recommend this Howick treasure and we often get our team morning teas from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charging premium prices for badly made coffee. Pastries were good, as always. However, coffee seems to have taken a big dip in quality. Staff don't really seem to know how to make them. Either overly milked or extremely burned. Today was both, Maybe one of the worst coffees I've had.

Good selection of sweet, savoury and hot food/drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped by to grab some lunch to take to work. They have quite a lot of delicious savoury and sweet treats. The staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting things to get. I ended up going with the hazelnut profiterole which was filled with delicious chocolate and hazelnut cream. It wasn't my first time there and it definitely wont be the last.
