β β β β β Have honestly never had a good experience here. The people are rude, unhelpful and often make mistakes in printing. It's a shame because the location is so convenient but have given up and now travel to further away print stores just because I'm sick of dealing with rude and unprofessional employees.

β β β β β Went in yesterday morning to have a couple of things printed. The person manning the desk was rather aloof and not helpful at all. I asked a couple of straightforward qns and all he could muster was a shrug from the shoulders, because opening his mouth was too much to ask for. Later in the day, I went to collect my documents and before paying, all I wanted to do is check to make sure the pages were printed correctly, the coloured text was how I wanted it etc. I get told, "if you've checked one, the second one won't be any different, would it?" So much for customer service. Hah. I do have his name, but I choose not to disclose it. Please consider educating him on how to open his mouth and be polite to people, while he still has the job. Thanks
