β β β β β I went to The Athlete's Foot to get some good training shoes as my old ones were causing me arch pain with jumping. Michael was absolutely amazing, he explained each step of the fitting process so well and helped me pick out a great pair of shoes. Thank you for the great service ?

β β β β β I got fitted for a pair of shoes a month ago super comfy great staff was stoked.... but after about a 1km or more of running they were killing my feet sooo sore. I tried in vain running a few more times because i'm not the sorta person who likes to take things back. Unfortunately to no avail so I gave up and a month to the day I went in to talk to the staff about my options i had no recipt and no orginal box. The staff were super helpful the store manager was all over it helping the girl who was helping me she then fitted me with another pair of shoes they were 10 dollars more than my orginals so i paid the difference and i left with a real spring in my step (musta been my new shoes they are amazing no problems). Thanks team for the great customer service. As a bonus i was highly apologetic about returning the shoes the store manager put my mind at rest when i found my near brand new shoes i took back were going to be donate to someone in need how good thanks again!

β β β β β Purchased a $300 pair of tramping boots for my husband that lasted 1 tramp of 82kms before the stitching fell apart. Returned them to the Dunedin store who sent them away to manufacturer only to be told it was wear and tear. Athletes Foot staff agreed that this was not very satisfactory and they should last longer than that but the only guarantee they have was a 30 day from date of purchase so they wouldn't do anything NOT GOOD ENOUGH Athletes Foot - have purchased several items from you but will not be purchasing any more and will never be recommending you again

β β β β β Helpful, friendly staff giving what seemed to be good advice. Ended up with a $300 pair of walking shoes that are ill fitting and not really fit for purpose. I would be reluctant to take their advice about size/fitting again.
Update: took the shoes back and they happily exchanged them at no cost. Well done.
