I've been Unity Books client for decades. It is Auckland's best store for new books. I mostly buy art books and here's some of them going back years. This is a bookshop whose customers are Uber loyal. Why wouldn't you be? They have a better service than most anywhere else.
They can easily order any books that aren't in stock.

As a fellow book lover and collector, I cannot think of a place in New Zealand with a better collection than Unity Books. It is my go to and in a time when everything is online, it manages to preserve the book buying experience that I love.
It also manages to have a collection of books that I cannot find anywhere else.
Plus, the staff is friendly, patient and helpful.
Love this place and would recommend it to other book lovers too !

Layout of the store is a bit weird and confusing if you’re looking for a specific item but the staff are super helpful and understanding so it feels very easy to ask.
