★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff not just to me but towards other customers as well. The sales guy I unfortunately met today at the paper plus Parnell told he has no time to waste for customers, even though I only spent less than 4 minutes in the shop.
Edit (reply): It could have been easier to instruct your staff to learn some customer service. As I mentioned earlier, I spent a total of about 4 mins there and yes, I made a phone call, that was when your staff was serving another customer. Level 3 doesn’t mean that you can be rude to a customer! Good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptionally rude older male staff member, who I have encountered on 3 occasions. Very dismissive and very disorganised - seems to get overwhelmed easily. Being sold the wrong postage for my urgent document has prompted me to submit this review.
There was an exceptionally helpful female staff member who was far more competent with my enquiry; thankfully, she interjected when she saw how unhelpful the male staff member was being.
