★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible quality , I just bought a firearm just about a week , and the magazine just started falling a part , went back and got a new one and started getting loose , The stock also started falling off after a week of playing we sent it back to fix it and they haven't even touched the gun. not recommended just order it online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has no dealers licence through either letting it lapse or having it suspended, so is unable to sell firearms. Furthermore, the staff are unable to let customers inspect the weapons for the purpose of online purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Bought a gun, asked about a suppressor and was sold one, but was sold the wrong one, took it in and they were unable to fit it and didn't offer to fix the issue. Left the gun with them for 3 weeks and when I picked it up they hadent even touched it. Pathetic service.

Infact I have bought all my items from here. And when one wouldn't work properly took it back to the store and got full refund. More then happy with the service and level of experience I have received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only been to this shop once and never again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Been a firearm’s owner for a long time, drove pass this shop to see a product. The guy at the shop refused to open a box to show me a product unless I buy it. Says it’s their policy. What a joke ! What kind of retail shop is this? I might as well buy it online where there is more information and more photos. I went and purchased at another shop. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. Avoid at all cost.
