β β β β β I love Upfitnz Mindful Movement Class. It is different to every other yoga fitness class I have done and really focussed on problem areas for women. Not only did I feel relaxed at the end from mindfulness - I equally felt like I had done a great work out. A great combination of multiple disciplines. And Lilach's instructions were so easy to follow for me as a beginner. I didn't feel left behind. Try it. You won't regret it!

β β β β β I really enjoy the yoga/pilates class. It is such a comfortable, welcoming environment where I feel safe to work at my own level. Lilach is a great instructor. I always leave feeling that I have worked hard but am also relaxed and energised. Highly recommended for all fitness levels.
