The chips were burnt, two were really black, and the 6 fish we ordered were a heap of fish fragments with way more batter than fish. The meal was cold, as though they'd been sitting there for a while. After lockdown we were really looking forward to a meal of fish and chips. This was just really disappointing. There might be a good reason for all of this, but no explanation was given at pickup.
