★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered at 6:30pm got there thinking 20 minutes was sweet. 7pm rolling on 7:15 just for them to tell me there was a problem. didn't even try to fix it. Got a refund and wasn't even an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even want to give them a star but no option because they are very careless. We are vegetarian and I placed an order for vegorama but they put chicken in it and when I asked them they said our ingredients are mixed.
If you are vegetarian please don't go to Domino's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, online order placed that was accepted with estimated delivery time. Then never arrived.
Called the next day to enquire and just get told order was cancelled as it came in 10mins before closing time. I said but there was no notfication of it being cancelled. They replied money will go back into your account, sorry about that and hung up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Order 5 pizzas to pick up, I went to pick them up as a family member had ordered them and I was coming through from town so I picked them up on the way back home.
Unfortunately I was unaware of the amount of pizzas that had been ordered, had I of known I would've been aware that the guy on the counter had given me 3 pizzas short.
I got home and my family was disappointed, realising I was three pizzas short, we called Dominoes to sort out the issue. They admitted that the error was their fault and but couldn't do anything apart from giving store credit to compensate for the missing pizzas, which was an inconvenience to say the least.
Around 3 weeks later we went back to Dominos in Richmond to redeem the credit that was allegedly given by the manager. Sadly they obviously hadn't even bothered to do anything behind the scenes and guy on the counter said there is no refund available.
Absolutely rubbish.
