β β β β β Friendly and helpful staff, always available and ready to respond to any queries. I prefer this library to my local simply because of the support of staff, have never had a negative experience yet. Also enjoy the open plan layout, makes it easier to navigate. Keep up the great work!!

β β β β β Encountered with a very rude staff woman who accused me that I want to keep the books forever. I never said that as there were two other staff members besides this blonde rude staff. I told her not to put words in my mouth. She is accusing me of stealing and cheating. :(((((( I was treated shamefully, intimidated by them. When I asked about the Justice of Peace the accuser staff member rudely replied "I dont work here everyday so I dont know". I am appalled with her stinking attitude and hostility and accusations on me. As I didnt want to prolong the contention I was forced to pay a fine and penalty for re-borrowing the books. :(((((((( I was told even if nobody request for the books, the books has to sit on the shelf waiting for other people to borrow. Once I borrowed, I cannot re- borrow unless I pay a fine. The rude staff said is Library's Policy. She must be racists towards me as I am not a Kiwi.

β β β β β The type of books I want, car service manuals and cooking books are not very well represented. I will probably have to buy them. Other than that the library is well laid out.

β β β β β Excellent library with friendly staff. Good cafe. We booked a learning centre room for a couple of days for some focused work. Good facilities.

β β β β β Really friendly librarians only to happy to help you in any way they can. Plus, there's a Cafe too and computers with some educational games for your little digital natives.

β β β β β A free service open for community. Had got a cafe too. But, when I visited there around 3.30pm it was closed. Even though I dnt remember the name of the lady at the entrance, she did not provide me the info on when did it close. Anyways, a kids section is there, studying areas too. Location is relaxing.
