★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u r trying to host a birthday party here, try to get the tables set at the open space, not the private rooms. The private rooms are not ventilated at all, gets very warm and humid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My child along with 10 other children were turned away from Uptown Bounce yesterday.
The reason for this was that one of the staff members had some animosity towards the driver as she felt she was cut off.
The staff member in person walked up to the person at the counter and told the person working there not to let in my child or the other children because she was upset that she was cut off in traffic early.
This type of behaviour is crazy! Leave your differences at the door and don't let a person cutting you off be the reason you act rashly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite small and meant for little kids rather than any teenagers and definitely not adults. I had a bit of fun here but since it's not very big I nearly took out a couple kids than kept running in front of me. Its got a inflatable pit that was pretty fun to practice flips into but no backflips into it though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the toddler party package and it did not disappoint! The staff are amazing, chilled and accommodating and my son and his friends had the best time. The food put on was perfect for the kids and we loved the little party room. Thanks so much UB team for a wonderful bday!
