★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my clients used this company to replace two doors, job was completed and they looked good. But that’s when the issues started happening. Doors were not installed as per the building code and the Contractor who was working for UPVC continued on with further work and scammed her out of a lot of money. After a long process they told her it’s not their problem. I have never dealt with such a disgusting company and the company directors should be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 41,000 on getting the whole house done, the product is very good, the big let down was the damage that was left afterwards, several windows had to be replaced because they were broken during installing, nearly all windows sills were left damage crack, split and pushed out including several external blocks windows sill out side were left cracked, this was a rushed job, and unprofessional on the subcontractor side of things and the main company side, things were said buy the builder that weren't true, like damage was there before work had started and that a walk around after completion and I signed it off also not true, I email Dave a couple of timesabout the damage, he would not respond, I finally got hold of him by phone, and it was as he had already washed his hands of the job and took no responsibility of the work that was done by his subcontractor, I felt he had just taken the 41,000 and ran with it, they eventually came back and patched up all the damage that was left, this should have never happened, but the way it was managed was the worst, it could have been managed alot better, I'm very disappointed and will not recommend this company to anyone, there is nothing wrong with the product,, this I would recommend.
There are still things not right about the installation, that could be fixed, but I just don't want them back again! Of yeah they will even charge you for scaffolding even if they don't use it like the did here.
Good luck to who ever uses this company.

This winter was the warmest my house has felt the windows really do keep the cold out thanks for the opportunity I will get the rest of the house done in the New Year

He installed my whole house on his own and the quality of his workmanship is outstanding. There should be a world championship for silicone work as I'm sure he would win?.
