Ur Plumber is a locally owned and operated business providing Gas and Plumbing services to residential and commercial customers in Hamilton and across the wider Waikato region. Owner Chad Still gained experience running his own plumbing company in Hawke’s Bay before starting Ur Plumber when he moved to Hamilton for family.

Gives you headache
Old lady paid about $4000 didn’t even give discount for her gold card.
Was soo rude he drags your job tells you it’s not that important have other jobs more important then you.
Won’t answer your phone call when call from different number then answers.
The workers were great just not the owner
Even told me if I give 1 star will not finish the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially happy enough with the repair done and hot water issue sorted, although the gas meter cover wasn't put back on properly and fell away from the house the next day.
Waited over a month for an invoice, and then requested one, which had additional charges to what I would expect for NZ Gas certification etc, which hadn't been mentioned, and we had only just had a new gas meter installed by our gas company 3 weeks earlier so not so sure this was necessary. Was an after hours Saturday call out. Contact made after a Facebook request for a "local " plumber. Plumber was onsite for 60 mins which I was told was in the $210 call out fee. Had travelled from Huntly and it seemed I was expected to pay this additional travel time of an extra 1.5 hours labour..... I queried it via email and txt. Got a txt back saying he would look into it, but thats all I heard.
Disappointing communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good plumbing work with a side serving of appalling customer service. When I questioned inappropriate charges on my invoice I was insulted. Never resolved my concerns, however I was offered a discount to remove my negative review, which I declined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am pleased to report that dealing with this business was a good experience. As well as above services they also replaced the affected floor. Due to current environment with covid etc there were delays but not due to the business or their processes. The tradies that were assigned were good people and did a great job. All staff I dealt with were friendly and to the point, which is important as a client. No problems in recommending them or using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We phoned Tuesday and the two plumbers arrived within an hour. The plumbers were professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. No mucking around. Our job involved the removal of heavy duty 1970s pipework that was leaking, and reinstating it with modern pipes and fittings. The work site was left lovely and tidy. We will use you as our family plumber from hereonin. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Chad the owner contacted me within a day. , By phone and email. The company sent a plumber to my home the same day. Did a fantastic job installing my new laundry taps. While a had the plumber at my home I had him look at our outside tap which drips. He replaced the 2 faulty taps. Outstanding workmanship. O would recommend Ur plumber Hamilton to anyone that wants a professional job done at a reasonable price.
