β β β β β This company is simply terrible from start to finish. I contacted them to do a 'deep clean' of my apartment prior to open homes. The cleaner that arrived spoke only very limited English, the equipment that she had was brand new (like never been used) and she had no idea whatsoever. Despite a detailed walk through and description of the job, the work was just terrible - see photos showing AFTER the cleaning was completed!! The real estate agent said it was a terrible job too. The company, Urban Care, took $241.50 off me before the job started and when I contacted them, several times, they were not interested at all and no partial refund or anything was offered. I cannot stress how poor the overall service and follow up was from this company.

β β β β β I paid for a tenancy clean and got charged $250, after I had already moved out to my new place my landlord sent me these photos below that I've attached. No cleaning was done at all and everything was still dirty. I complained and was told they would look into the situation and find out what the cleaners explanation was. I ended up having to pay a other company $250 to get my small unit cleaned. Im still emailing them to this day and have not received a response.

β β β β β Disgusting service. Avoid at all cost. They contracted out end of tenancy clean and a couple turned up with a few dirty cloths and some sprays, hardly professional.. lots of dirty areas left and got angry when I started showing them. And asked to be paid more hours. The contract was end of tenancy .. not a fixed hour job.. absolute shamblesβ¦ had to spend hours doing it myself when I wanted to relax on my last day.

β β β β β Maria was very punctual. She did an amazing job. The unit was extremely clean. All surfaces were shining and Maria took pride in her work. She enjoys her job, and this showed with the effort she had put in to clean the unit. I would definitely use Urban Care again.

β β β β β They charge a premium and provide really bad service. Hired them for end of tenancy cleaning of a small 2 bedroom one bathroom city apartment for a total of $572.77.
The cleaning was so bad that I had to request for a redo. Requested for a different cleaning crew as the first team was really bad. This request was denied. I asked for a refund which was denied. The same team came back and I had to to take the day off to supervise. My landlord had to take some time off of work to come and inspect. When she tried to point out areas that were missed, the cleaner had a meltdown shouted at us and stormed off.

In the end the landlord and myself had to roll our sleeves up and complete the job.
The customer support team was also useless as they couldn't offer anything other than a $35 discount after I agreed to hire their carpet cleaning service to fix the chemical stain that their cleaning crew made to begin with.
One of the worst experiences with a business ever.
Conclusion: Please don't hire them

What you said is not true. The cleaning team did come to 'rectify' the issues which meant we had to take the day off of work and the tenant had to delay their move in date. But despite this the missed areas were not cleaned properly. This is because the cleaning crew were very bad at their job to begin with which is why they had to return. So it does not matter how many times they redo - if it is not cleaned then what is the point?
And what do you mean the property required more that what we booked for? I had bought fridge, oven clean and carpet wash. Except for carpet wash which was done well but bought to clean up the mess made by your people, everything else had to be recleaned by myself and the landlord.
Your cleaning lady shouted at us and stormed off by around 3pm in the afternoon and I stayed back till about 10 om cleaning up what she did not.
