★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the result of alteration. Excess fabric roughly cut off and left with unfinished edges, not finished/overocked which made seams sit unevenly. Despite having a fitting, garment was taken in too much and was ill fitting afterwards. Didnt go back, ironically the large 'Smile' sign in the shop did not reflect the staffs disposition. Have taken to a professional who was luckily able to fix it - at less cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janet was open this morning with a well organised desk to drop my sewing at her door and maintain my distance at Level 3 of lockdown. She made a fabulous job of repairing a carry bag for me and had it all finished within about an hour - great service! Janet consistently does a super job - I highly recommend.

The owner Janette made me feel very welcome my first time visiting their store, and what I thought might of been a tricky alteration, she made me feel at ease that she would make it work. I really appreciated that. The staff are lovely and such a cute store. I will keep going back to them. Thanks so much ?
