★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well my experience was fine. We ordered cereals , Takis chips, fabric softener, salad dressings , hot cocoa, and corn bread mix. I ordered about three times all were good experiences.
In fact the corn bread I ordered was the wrong one and I emailed them about sending it back and exchanging it for something else, they kindly offered to deduct it from my next order instead. They always send free treats with my order. Will order from again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ USA Foods have proven to be terrible.
After placing an order on the 11th, I received no indication that it'd been shipped, and after multiple attempts to contact them, have received no response about what's happening with my order. I've never received any indication of there being an issue with my order, such as products being out of stock, so see no reason why it wouldn't be shipped.
Edit: After raising a dispute through PayPal, a refund has been given, with the claim that the items were lost by the courier. I never received any indication that the items were actually shipped, but they did at least provide a refund.

I have still not received my order have sent multiple emails tried through PayPal and also his trade me listings nothing at all a full refund would be nice but I doubt I will ever see that. I should have read the reviews on this store first. Waste of my time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 10 days ago, but have not been provided with a tracking number. Sent a follow-up email 2 days ago and heard nothing. Rang up and spoke with a very rude man who offered a string of excuses and no solutions. He even raised his voice at me for daring to ask after my order.
I made a simultaneous order to Martha's Backyard within minutes of this order I made to USA Foods NZ, and received my Martha's tracking number within 1 hour and my parcel within 2 days.
I won't ever order from USA Foods again. Nope. I won't do it.
I might even go to PayPal and put in a claim to get my money back. What a s?it s?ow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered from the website, and paid by PayPal.. he never acknowledged or sent the products. I called him and he said he will follow up on my order, yet he just ignored me. Almost 4 weeks now and no response. Had to file a case with PayPal to get my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have read the reviews and learned about the non-delivery issues. Ordered items 6 months ago, queried delivery several times with absolutely no responses. It was as though I didn't exist. Good old PayPal, they refunded me. (still heard nothing from this outfit)
