★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time i went into this store and absolutely liked it. A lot of good quality home items and products available for good prices. Located at the base, the store is well maintained by their friendly staff. I will be back to get more items as i found they were cheaper than the warehouse.

My son fit on a pants and forgot he's phone in the fitting room but when we turned back 3 minutes later it was gone and staff were unable to capture footage of the culprit. Only staff members close by the fitting rooms though, makes you think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found everything I came in here for. Alot of the self care products are priced the same as a super market, so I didn't buy those products here. However there was a 50c tub of all sorts like socks ect and I walked out happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found most of the staff were pleasant apart from potentially the manager who was quite rude. Rolled his eyes at me when I asked if he could check the price for a few items while I was at the checkout. Went all huffy when there was an item with no coat hanger with it, and just about blew his brains out when he asked if I had a mask and I said no. Didn't ask for a mask exemption, simply said next time they won't serve me. On my way out I heard him telling another staff member to watch the door and to not let anyone on without a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really helpful and friendly staff.m at the Te Rapa Store. Lovely phone manners and demonstrating their willingness to assist. This is really good especially during lock down. Nothing is ever to hard for them. Click and Collect has fast turn around. Ample parking at front even when not in lock down. Great range of items to buy from, including pet accessories, house cleaning products/equipments etc. Better values at times than other chain stores such as K Mart and Warehouse. Highly recommended for a try or a visit to their website to see for yourself.
