β β β β β We stopped in after Lynda from Western House B & B recommended it for the kids. The kids got to dig out their own little Fossils to take home as well as check out the cool sharks teeth and dolphin skull. There is also a room full of distant rock types to do out. The lady was so lovely and helpful and showed us some cool items under the microscope and gave us information on other local places to go and check out. We didn't have much time to spend there but the $10 fee for the adults with free for kids was so worth the money, the kids really had a blast for the rushed 30 mins we spent there.

β β β β β Think $10.00 to dare maybe $5.00, more people go in. But a good visit.

β β β β β Called in on way past to see what they had to offer so we could go back when we had more time. The lady there was most helpful and chatted about what we could do in the area. We enjoyed our visit immensely and will go back and pay see the displays and go fossil hunting...they have tables where you can sit and find your own fossil in a rock. Would imagine it would be fun for kids too.

β β β β β Very Small museum can finish in less than 30 mins.
Lots of rocks and fossils to look at and also a chance for the kids to dig for fossils.
$20 for a family. $10 per person.

β β β β β Totally worth a visit and an amazing stop that was totally unexpected.
The displays were informative, but the best thing was simply to speak to the passionate staff who were engaging, knowledgeable & friendly.
Amazing place to learn about the history and valuable finds many of which were found in the locality.
It boggles the mind to think about the geological history of the region!
Thank you.

β β β β β Was expecting more. But it was ok. Thought it had more real fossils than plastic ones and I guess kids would love it. It was good to see something interesting in a town like Dunroon.
