★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Vaniye Masterclasses are an amazing learning experience and thoroughly enjoyable. The classes teach you skills to enable you to create some impressive desserts. I particularly benefited from the most recent class, when we were organised in groups and were more involved in making the dessert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a pleasure to attend Sonia's (Vaniye) Masterclasses! Sonia has an amazing attention to detail and is really lovely to talk to. A well thought out and organized class, love the hands on aspect and that you take home a recipe book which is really helpful as I can find it hard to retain all of the information especially surrounded by such yummy things! :)
