It wasnt just a place to get e-juice from, it was a place where people came together to bond over different flavors and good vibes! 10 out of 10. David and Jess are great hosts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to vape park for one specific juice which is cotton candy by sad boy. It's a great juice and I asked for cotton candy 3 nic. The person gave me a bottle of 0 nic cotton candy but added nicotine himself. The juice was so harsh and it was obvious he put much more then I wanted without even telling me. He did not say he was putting it in himself until I had gone back myself after seeing the bottle was 0 nic and found out. I am very disappointed in the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to give 1 star. Made an order and the parcel stuck in Courier Post for a few days. Tried emailed Vape Park 3 times in 2 days, but never got any response.
Finally got hold of one of the staff by phone, but he asked me to contact Courier Post to resolve the issue by myself. His reason is once good is given to courier company it’s not their shop’s responsibility if it’s not delivered to customer. If the payment is made after customer receiving the goods, would you say the same thing? I have ordered product and you should take responsibility to deliver it to me. If courier company has any issue not delivering the goods to customer, it’s your responsibility to resolve the shipping issue not the customer!
I had similar shipping issue before with another vape shop. The parcel sitting in Courier Post waiting to reprocess for couple of days. Once I contacted the shop, they immediately contacted Courier company and found out it’s because the package is broken. They have asked Courier company to return the goods to them and immediately send me another package. This is how a business to look after their customer.
Definitely won’t shop here again.
Follow Up:
It turned out Vape Park didn’t print full delivery address on the parcel. Do your job properly and don’t run away from your responsibility!
