James is a great instructor, helping newbies like me learn basics and coaching national champions in the same class. Always something to learn and always a great work out.

Training atmosphere here is encouraging people to grow as members love to help and share what they have learnt to each other!
Prof. James has more than 10 years experience in teaching and coaching BJJ, and also actively improve his skills and techniques! Check him out, he is easygoing, humble and technique-focused instructor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ James is a really good instructor, explaining things in a clear and easy to follow way for a beginner like me but clearly possesses enough technical knowledge to keep the more experienced practitioners engaged and challenged.
The other students are all super welcoming. Everyone mixes with everyone, and there’s no sense that people can’t be bothered with you because you’re a newbie, which is great for helping me learn. A really good vibe to the place, which is due to James’ approach and attitude.
I’ve been going about a month now and will definitely continue!
