Booked twice online with a grabone voucher I received as a Christmas gift.
First time after chasing them down to confirm booking I was told they were on holiday despite having a booking online with confirmation. They said they would call me back to arrange an alternative time with no further follow-up from them.
The second time similar story although this time he said they went out of business a week ago??? He told me he would call me back today to sort something out and at 8.30pm still waiting again.
Extremely unprofessional to the point they seem like an international grabone voucher scam!
