flat tyre December couldn't get wheel nuts off. Sent to panelbeater got it sorted, Vehicle Direct said and they paid for the job
"5 STARS" W.O.F. wasn't correct yet again they corrected it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We where looking for some time to buy a nice cars. We where visiting sale yards from Tauranga to Rotorua, Auckland and Hamilton.
We meet Dee in charge of the sale, Fantastic very Honest, very professional, not a BLABLABLA kind of sales man. He present us a Jaguar, Burgundy color with white leather interior, Exactly what we where looking for.
Immediately, Dee phone to the insurance, explain how it work and finish.
You can buy from this place with out hesitation. Very good service AAAA+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. Saw a listing on trademe, drove from another town to view, asked further questions on trademe before going back to test drive the following weekend. The listing on trademe said it was a 2013, we test drove a 2012 without realising, booked a non refundable inspection with AA, contacted the dealership to make sure they could get the car to the inspection at the allocated time slot and find out it was actually a 2011 and that the ‘2013’ car in trademe didnt exist. (when told, they quickly corrected the listing on trademe) - and offered to take a 2012 to get AA checked, a car we hadnt even test driven. When we said no thanks, they offered a $500 discount. Waste of 2 weekends of dragging 3 little kids around and the cost of an AA inspection that was never used. They dont display the vehicle info on the car so make sure you check carefully before buying a car from these guys. Crooks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a slight trouble getting a refundable deposit back on my no deposit finance, which was resolved. The customer service could be improved, it was slightly awkward at times.
However, the car I was sold was in excellent condition, also at a far better price than other places had. The grooming of the car was also brilliant, feels like a brand new car. The time it took from my finance application to the time I picked my car up was done very fast.
