★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to see them with regards to building a house. very unhelpfull. everything seemed to difficult and proplamatic. was told it would be too expensive to build.... ha ha. they dont want the work. All their house/garages look pretty cheap anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started the process of building a double garage in Christchurch, from a provisional estimate of 25k, price rose to 36k due to fire wall, then shot up to 52k when ground conditions came back as soft. So cancelled contract, charged $500 for drawings! I hope this price creep is not a common practice.
