This review was long due from me. Sorry for the late submission. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. I had to go in there with 2 naughty kids and the staff did everything they could to support me. I was also given an option to pay and print my invitation letter for biometrics. I didnt feel like I was in a VISA office but rather a much professional and inclusive environment where everyone was treated well. Thank you for being so awesome and thank you for making my time easy while we were over there

VFS GLOBAL Auckland team is amazing . They are very helpful. Specially the lady manager over there. She is great. Always welcomes everyone with smile and listen to their problems and solve their queries with very detail information. She had been very helpful to me in my case as I had medical emergency. She guided me a lot during all that process. Once again thank you VFS global Auckland for providing your services.

Mine was the Australia business visa biometric collection (level 7). Not sure if this is the same dept that I visited. The staff was extraordinarily helpful to accommodate me on the day of visit since my original booking was a couple of days before travel date. Covid sure has made things difficult with staff availability for them but they are aware of these challenges and did a phenomenal job sorting out my request. Make sure you visit their office with all the relevant documents listed on their website. I do wish they have an email or phone helpline for NZ sometime soon. Thank you team VFS AU.

VFS - New Zealand to Australia portal does not have a contact number or an email address to contact them, And the Biometric application date the system pickup is not practical. Please some one provide a phone number. Update - if it is Australian visa and you have questions, then you have to go there and find answer for your questions. They are helpful. But, if need urgent appointment you need to provide justification about your situation. Like medical record or conference appointments such and such. Take your documents with you with a booking. No matter how far. If you have urgent situation they will provide you a slot.

Came today to submit my biometrics for the Australian transit visa. Waiting time is quiet long due to staff shortage, had to wait an hour for my turn. The staff were very helpful and compassionate explaining the situation. Only downside is there is no number to contact them and hopefully the waiting time improves. Otherwise great service

I recently visited the UK Premium Lounge for my biometrics appointment. I was tended to with care and patience by Ishika -- I believe her name was. She was in the Australian lounge but still tended to my inquiries, and even managed to push my appointment forward! Lovely spirit and solid employee who knew her stuff, without whom my experience would not have been the same. My only qualm is why on earth in 2022 they are so hard to contact?! No local phone number, emails bouncing back. Would have appreciated not having to drive in from West Auckland just to ask someone a question. Had I not just shown up, I would still be scratching my head at the online portal! ***I paid for the SILVER PACKAGE service*** Will post an updated review once my visa has arrived to see if it is worth the $280! Advice to applicants: arrive early with your passport and all required documents printed out. The biometrics scanning itself takes 5 minutes, but the current international visa processing time is between 4-6 weeks so be patient before booking flights or anything! Also wouldn't hurt to get a name of whoever tends to you for future reference.

They booked appointments during their office lunch hour, locked the only door so no one could get in or get service, with no notice. While their own opening hours poster stuck on the door says they were supposed to be open. Was not warned about this, their booking confirmation even asked people to turn up 15min early during this time slot. We waited outside for 15min past our appointment, and we turned up 15min early as requested. Once inside the staff did not care about appointments and took people sitting in front of the counter first. The people who had appointments before us got served after us, and the first person that got service first after the staff lunch break was someone who just walked in and sat in the front and their appointment was not for another 30min. Once the staff called us they were inexperienced and kept asking another staff member to help check if they filled out the correct parts of their own forms. Staff spoke poor English, and could not explain nor answer common questions about their own documents and procedures. The biometric device for taking finger prints kept having issues and not working property. Multiple staff had to get involved and many attempts made to get it to finally register fingerprints. The only positive thing is the rooms are nicely air conditioned and waiting chairs are comfy. If VFS Global had to compete for business instead of being the assigned one and only service provider they would be in serious trouble.

The staff were very helpful with our application to the UK. My son's appointment couldn't be booked for the morning with tge rest of our family, but they offered to help us all together, saving us a lot of time and effort. What a great way to conduct business. It took the stress out of the process and we received our visas back approved in record time. Great experience!
