β β β β β The tour I joined was the 3 days tour to the Bay of Islands. There were bunch of high school students from the Education First joined the tour which they had no sense of punctuality. They were late for each free time that the guide gave us in the spots, so we had to wait for them. The company should have hold an extra tour for the group when there were ard 20 people joining.
The shuttle was not on time on the first day which they asked us to be on time but turned out was the company being late. The fee for additional activities was not clear which I asked the company for detail price before the tour but when it was the day for the activities, the price on the list was different. I asked the guide about it and he had no ideas about it.
In conclusion, I would say bay of islands is a place that is worth to go for sure if the weather is nice, however, there may be many other better tours you can join.

Mana tour staff was very kind and friendly.I was able to have a fun time after meeting all of you. I had a lot of good experiences.
However, motel was terrible.The shower room was an embarrassment.
The water didn't come out very well and not clean...so duty!
The floor creaked when I walked over it.
The motel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only facilities were worst...

We came to them 2 days before weekend and ask about tour to Hobbiton , Hamilton Gardens, 2 caves and native birds park and they didnβt have tour group on this weekend , but offered us an option to go just me and my mom and the guide. And guys, it was awesome!Comfortable car, fabulous guide Luis-very friendly guy , and this trip was really really nice. Also it was cheaper for us by 1000$ than another tour with group, where we couldnβt find place for us. Also they have a lot of different tours for 1-2-5-14 days and I completely trusting them. Planning to go to Rataroa and ask them as well! Also We had another quide on the 2 day, and he was wonderful too! We are so lucky. 5+ guys! Great job! Recommending now to all my friends and students in Aspire2 school. β€οΈ
